How to Verify Whether a HOWO Truck Is Brand New
A buyer checklist for VIN, model, engine, transmission, axle, tire, appearance, documents and pre-shipment verification.
For export buyers, “brand-new” should be verified through documents, component labels, physical condition and pre-shipment records. Photos alone are not enough. The inspection scope should be agreed before payment balance and shipment.
Brand-new truck verification checklist
